This organization values only profit and is not concerned re safety. In *****, *****, one of the least vaccinated *********************, the receptionist does not wear a mask. When I called to report this concern three weeks ago, I was told a supervisor would call me back. No one ever called back. Hearing aid providers serve primarily elderly patients, many of whom are immunocompromised. It is inexcusable during this pandemic that the staff at HearLife does not value their patients.
I bought a sets from them also paid in full. Unexpectedly, when I ask for their Tax ID on my insurance behalf. They are not willing to give. This was in November 2021. as of today, I'm still waiting for their reply. I'm a senior I wish someone could help to resolve this huge problem of mine. So I can get a partial of my payments back from my insurance company. Have a bit of a heart will you "HearingLife" please!

I will never use this company again. I had seen them once in the ******, ** office and was very pleased. Then I had another appointment, which I had to cancel due to illness. When I have any type of coughing or other things going on, no temperature, I will not go anywhere to spread germs especially with all the Covid running rapid. Took my husband to Hearing Life in ***********, ** yesterday to have a tube replaced in his hearing aid (which we bought from AccuQest Hearing Center). Found out the business is now called Hearing Life and our specialist Chance Black was replaced with *******************, The customer service was horrible. We waited 25 minutes in the reception area. HearingLife did not have any association with this patient until said patient made an appointment through the HearingLife Patient Support Center. The patient needed to have a job application signed by an Audiologist regarding their hearing. The patient became upset when they found out there was no Audiologist in the clinic, only a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Only an Audiologist could sign her paperwork. The worst and highly nepotistic organization. Corporate office is the most corrupt, unprofessional and lack auditory compliance. All higher *** enjoy grand slam corporate parties collecting high paychecks and not appreciating the actual people working. Bosses have intimate affairs with staff and the lists go on. Have been a Advada/Hearing Life customer for 7 yrs--everything prior to the last month, for the most part, went fairly well. I was due for an upgrade in hearing aides after 3 yrs--I had my annual hearing test & he Audiologist then programmed new demo ones to my specifications--they were quite a bit better than the 3 yr old model I had prior--was told I had to sign a release before my "buy" date of 9/20/21---never rec'd any paperwork--Called receptionist & asked where my paperwork was?--told that I couldn't get hearing aides ... read more
This company is as crooked as they come. DO NOT USE They take your money file for insurance and then keep both. They do not support the products they sell and they have closed an office in Bluffton and offer no support. The corporate office does not answer the phone and they have no customer service. STAY AWAY.
Took my hearing aid (Oticom) in for repair on June 17 2021. Never saw an audiologist, receptionist took my hearing aid after I explained my issue. I was told they would have to ship my hearing aid to the manufacture (Oticom) and it would take a week for repair. After two weeks I called and left a voice message requesting a call back.
