Dr.Andrew is truly a great compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. In my opinion he is the best family doctor in Campbell County.
Fees are crazy. Almost $400 for a simple physical. Will not see you for 2 conditions on the same day. Must schedule separately so they can charge each time. Reviewed labs and charged nearly $500 for office visit. Will not go back or recommend to anyone. Made me have another blood test ran almost 3 months ago but has not contacted me with any results or treatment.
Dr. Andrew is a very compassionate and thorough physician. He takes time to get to know you and your medical history so that he is treating you correctly. He's not just a pill pusher like many of the doctors n this town. He and his staff are always professional. His office manager has been more than willing to work with me on payments. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Andrew has a very rude staff. He is continually late seeing patients. Like 30-45 minute wait in a room to just see him. His fees are ASTOUNDING compared to many other Dr.s surveyed. Also his entire staff knows and has a hand in anything you want to be kept confidential with his nurse. Many, many times his office manager decides whether or not you should get a refill on meds. Bottom line, he proves he's only it for the $$$ and will reject your health needs unless you pay $2-400 per visit.
