RecommendedI had an issue pertaining to a bill I had recieved in the mail after a visit. I voiced my concerns with the billing department. They were thorough, admitted their fault and were diligent in making things right. Special thanks to Maggie in billing for addressing my concerns and doing everything in her power to make sure I was heard and taken care of.
I'm a type 1 diabetic my meds came in on time and they will not release them to me until I see a Dr so I have to waiit two weeks with no meds before I can see the Dr. ( let's hope I don't die)
they are a great example of patient abandonment. thanks...I'm a diabetic without my meds because nobody would authorize it. I tried for 3 days and its now Friday night. thanks

RecommendedWe met Dr. Odom on 10/4/2016 and she has been our grandson’s pediatrician ever since. Our grandson was born under some difficult circumstances and we couldn’t be more grateful having Dr. Odom help us feel secure of Jaxson’s progress. She is a very down-to-earth professional who LISTENS and then be proactive at the same time; a perfect character combination to have.
