My husband and I went to establish care a while back. I didn't feel confident in the doctor I saw. I was just another appt he needed to get through. My husband got off work early for his appt and waited over 30 and left. We haven't gone back to the medical office. We also a counselor in the office down the street on ironwood. The counselor was great but I could since problems and ended up followed the counselor to their own practice when they left heritage a while back.
I'm not sure how they could improve seeing as I've contacted the office director multiple times to request that someone be involved in my care plan, I cant get a representative to call me with test results at all or in a timely manner. Have been told my issue are in my head from 3 different "doctors" at this clinic. I am not contacted for any referral issues or problems. I have had to call in myself to get any results from scan or tests. The doctors do not use the online port… See more

My husband has not stopped talking about impressed he was by him. I went in the next to for x-rays to see if they could pull my wisdom teeth. I have been coming to this clinic since I was nearly a baby. When they switched from Mountain Health Care to Heritage Health, it has slowly gone down hill. Every doctor or PAC I have known down there is now gone. I feel we are a bunch of cattle they're herding around and not listening to us. I have been into a doctor more in the last six months than I have in the last 10 years. I don't go to a doctor unless I have to; I'm not going to waste their time or my time for unnecessa… See more
