Very helpful organisation. If not for them I would not have been able to get my medications as I am in the process of getting Medicaid and did not have the resources or money to afford my medications until I get Medicaid approved. Thank you Heritage Health. You are good people.
This place is like going to a trailer park to find a doctor.
Arriving for appointment was told appo. was cancelled. Attempted to make appo's which for them was akin to going to the moon. It's not worth the aggravation. Went elsewhere and unless the last clinic on earth would not return.
I'm happy to say that Heritage did follow through. I'd also like to say that Isabel (sp?) is wonderful and always has a great attitude. Unfortunately, for organizations like Heritage there are a lot of employees and it only takes a few to ruin a reputation. Fortunately it also works the other way and a few good employees can save a reputation.
I have a friend in Coeur d’Alene who is homeless. I asked him recently which agencies in town were the most helpful to him during his times of need. He said Second Street Commons (Kaleidoscope Community Services) and Heritage Health. Thank so much for all you do to help those in need in our community! 🙏
