We have purchased so many beautiful pieces of jewelry from Jim and his team at Heritage. Most recently he designed a custom piece, with my kids and husband, that they gave to me for Christmas. It is stunning! No matter what your budget is they will help you find exactly what you are looking for. They are a wonderful family and we will always refer family and friends to Heritage!

The staff is very professional and kind. I had them fix my engagement ring that is 100 years old. They restored it beautifully. They also were not bothered by me calling constantly to check on the progress. I will be forever grateful to them.

I had an amazing customer service experience with heritage!! My boyfriend had bought me a ring, I liked it but didn’t love it (and if my ring was going to be more than our house payment he wanted love lol!) so we came back and of course the ring I fall for is more than the original ring.
