RecommendedDr. Neal has been amazing over the past week with my son's broken arm. He was able to keep him laughing while resetting his arm (they chatted about video games- my son's favorite) and keep me calm at the same time 😂 He has been super quick to respond to any questions that we have and we've just had an overall, AMAZING experience with Heritage Family Medicine ❤️ If you're not a member, you should be!

Direct Primary Care is a great solution for health care woes.
Dr. Neal is the best doctor I know. He is truly invested in in my children’s health, and has become a friend to my family. A Doctors visit with him is never rushed, and I can call or text him directly anytime, and he is always prompt to quickly answer!
Unfortunately we can't keep our son away from the doctor BUT fortunately for us we had Dr Neal Douglas....tick bites, mtn bike crash & broken elbow from riding his one wheel (all in one summer). And somehow Dr Neal kept my son smiling through it all. He saved us this summer - he was always available (and we've had to go at odd hours when other offices would certainly be closed). He quickly responds and he's very knowledgeable. We are very lucky to be part of his practice.
Dr. Neal is thorough, professional and takes time with his patients. He is down to earth and great with my kids. When I had a concern about one of them I sent a text and Dr. Neal responded promptly. This kind of care is refreshing, since we all know that kids get sick when most Dr's offices are closed! I appreciate the Direct Primary Care model and am so glad we made the switch!
