This bank is nothing but a joke. They just keep taking your money and keeps adding all these fees that don't even make sense. This bank has absolutely nothing to offer and I'm so displeased by the employees. Very rude and very disorganized. Will never have another account with them again. And if anyone asks me I will say to go to a different bank because this one is just awful.
I love Vermont! Even though I'm currently living in Colorado, my credit union back home approved me for an auto-loan at 2% less APR than I was being quoted here. On top of that- they offered me a total vehicle warranty for a measly $6/month, again a fraction of the quotes out here! It might be a little more work from this distance, but it's totally worth it to stick with my local Vermont credit union!
You can't return phone calls, your call center is in Texas, and your internet service is lousy. Plus you removed my previous post about your failure to communicate. You guys are AWESOME!
Grew up in Rutland and started my first account with Heritage when i was 17 years old. I moved to Manchester NH and the Hooksett branch feels just like home. Great people and even better service!
