I've been a member for many years and always been very happy with the service they offer.
The best thing for me is shared branching, so I can make deposits to my credit union accounts in another state. Second best is that the tellers are friendly and know me by name! Third best, there doesn't seem to be any limit to the amount of debit purchases I can make in a month, or if there is, I haven't hit it yet. Stewarts is the only shop I have found will not take my debit card. Fourth best, I live close enough that I can walk to the Bennington branch office. We have been members of the credit union for almost 50 years. We started in the Ludlow plant. I worked with Ron Hance before he took over as manager. It is a great family to be a part of. Bob & Barb Perkins Sr.
I think they are friendly and We love doing business with them..My last bank let someone in Africa take $860 out of my account..Heritage fraud detection calls me the minute something suspicious is going on with my account and does not let the transaction go through until they get the ok from me!!
