I was having a small financial crisis today and wasn't sure if there was a solution. Deanna (not sure where she is but I bank at the West Street branch in Rutland, VT) was amazing and wonderful. She was able to move some funds around and solve my problem via telephone in minutes. �
Whenever I go into the branch on Allen St. The staff knows who I am, they call me by my first name. Always polite to me
