Heritage Credit Union treated my husband and myself like actual responsible human people who need a bank that works with them and for them. The Bank of Bennington treated us like crap (out of the blue) after banking with them for 7 yrs. I had been with them since they were Bennington -CoOp 1984. They were so unhelpful we pick all up(checking accounts, savings accounts, IRA) and moved to Heritage. This credit union was very helpful, above and beyond. I was having a small financial crisis today and wasn't sure if there was a solution. Deanna (not sure where she is but I bank at the West Street branch in Rutland, VT) was amazing and wonderful. She was able to move some funds around and solve my problem via telephone in minutes. �
Whenever I go into the branch on Allen St. The staff knows who I am, they call me by my first name. Always polite to me
