I work at heritage cleaners and have for many years first of all Chad is the best boss I have ever had! He goes far beyond being a owner of a business he treats everyone with the up most respect.All the employees will try there best to help you with whatever and if we make a mistake we try to fix it we work hard to make each one of our customers feel appreciated in every way possible so give us a try promise you want be let down thanks

I would highly recommend no one go to heritage cleaners. This was my first time using a cleaners and I was told I could pick up my comforter the next day.i went the next day to pick it up and the owner got very rude with me and said they haven't even started it yet and on top of that they charged me way more than 20$ when that was the deal they have posted up on their sign. I will never go back and I hope everyone else doesn't gives business to this very mean and rude owner.

Terrible experience – I am very well respected man of my community. I was appauled by what transpired at Heritage Cleaners just one week ago today. I picked up a silk blouse that belongs to my wife and I noticed it had what appeared to be a grease streak down the front of it. It took me several days of trying to contact the owner, Chad. Finally, after calling day and night to get ahold of Chad, I brought the shirt in and showed it to him and politely told him that the blouse did not have the grease on it when I brought it in... read more

There's a reason they were voted Favorite Cleaner's in Murfreesboro. The employees are so friendly. Their free pick-up and delivery service is great and saves me so much time! I've been very pleased with the quality and timeliness of their service! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

Rude owner – I have never in my life seen or heard a owner of a business act towards his employees so badly.
