I really like the structure of the building, only had a few issues building it. I have a 28'x28' with 12' walls and an 8' overhang for a covered patio. There was a couple of miswelded brackets. ( wrong bracket) And building plans could have been made a tad more simple to read for the average person. I was able to build the whole thing by myself using a fork truck to lift the frame members into place and then climbed a ladder to bolt it together. Bought a 30x40 building. It was easier to erect than thought. Better quality and superior technical support when needed. I definitely recommend Heritage Buildings
