My wife and I lived here for 11 months while she completed an internship. The Heritage is great value for money, clean, very well maintained, and quiet. The units are pest-free, have ample space and come with free parking and a storage locker on the same floor. My wife and I lived here for three years and it was an absolute dream. The Landlord was amazing. Relationships are everything and Frank Gutta and his team know this. They prove it over and over again by meeting the needs of their tenants. We never had a problem. When we moved into our unit, it was absolutely clean. The rent was perfectly priced.
