The way they conduct business is embarrassing! They hold the contract with Richland County Children Services. They help the most vulnerable kids in our community but they’re NOT interested in keeping them as patients. I missed one appointment and they dismissed a sibling group of three based on that. We’re a large family and I’ve been very diligent about attending or rescheduling appointments. They just dismissed another child because she got adopted. I cannot say enough great things about this office! My son is two and was nervous being there. Dr. Theresa was so accommodating to him and understanding of him not being the most cooperative! Her, the hygienists, and dental assistants did so much to make him more comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!
