I had the pleasure of booking a trip to Cartagena with HERE YOU TRAVEL. Upon our arrival, we encountered a reservation issue, but it was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. During our stay, we visited three wonderful hotels: Dorado Plaza, ibis and Cartagena Plaza, all of which were conveniently located in beautiful areas. We have used this agency for a trip we are currently on in Cartagena, Colombia/ The entire trip post flight landing in Cartagena has been a disaster. We’ve been in three hotels in four nights. First hotel did not have a reservation and we arrived at 2 am only to be shuttled off to a cockaroach infested hotel the Hotel Dorado Boca Grande. The local representative left us in our own and the group (10 people) have been shuttled around like cattle from low rent hotel to low rent hotel.
