Great hotel within walking distance of the Chula Vista Center. Extremely helpful staff that are dedicated to making your stay a perfect one. All issues were met and complimentary breakfast each day is always hot and fresh. Our number one choice for a hotel in Chula Vista. :D
What a unpleasant experience! We just checked into the hotel for 2 hours but we had to check out even though we had a 2 days reservation because the hotel do not have hot water in our shower. How is it sound? Weird? The lady at the front desk was the rudest person i have ever seen in my life, after called her twice finally she just said that there was nothing she can do for? Room had nice features but way too small. There is no space to really get comfortable bc bed takes up 90% of the room. Seems like a low budget hotel that they tried to make fancy. Do NOT stay here if you need any type of ADA accommodations. They only have ONE room and they don't make it the last to sell.
Quality rooms, great breakfast...the young lady working the breakfast was very very nice...worked her ass off! They need a larger room.
