En diciembre 2019 hicimos una reservación de 7 habitaciones en el hotel Hercor mediante el portal Expedia para viajar el 21 julio 2020 durante 3 noches; cabe mencionar que fueron tarifas no reembolsables. Conforme se acercaba la fecha y veíamos que la emergencia sanitaria de México y EEUU empeoraba, decidimos ir cancelando reservaciones de vuelos, hospedajes en otros destinos, conciertos y demás atracciones que habíamos planeado, todas fueron reembolsadas o quedando abiertas para nuevas fechas. RecommendedThis is be of those unique gems that you find once in as while! In my long stay there, I was treated like family. Breakfast was brought to my room every morning, staff never missed a chance to start up a conversation. The room was fantastically decorated and laid out in a modern theme. I WILL be back to this Hotel!!! Thank you Elva and Alex!!!!
Great location in the center of a lot of activities and restaurants.
Struttura curata, camera sufficientemente ampia e molto pulita. Disponibile macchina per il caffè espresso in camera e caffè americano, acqua, frutta e qualche dolce tutto il giorno presso la sala colazione dove è possibile trovare anche stoviglie pulite e utensili come il microonde per mangiare qualcosa al volo. A nice surprise. Many times places don't have or look like they are advertised. The Hercor had EVERYTHING they said they offer. And the taco joint across the street, El Gordo, came highly recommended - and for good reason! Outstanding! Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

Elevator doesn’t work properly so you may go up and down before reaching your floor. Needed wash cloths b/c they only put 1 in our room ( why would a 2 bed room had 1 wash cloth?!?) asked at the front desk for more, girl comes up and says “sorry we ran out but I brought some hand towels”. Rooms are so small and very loud from the street and the walls must be thin b/c you can hear every neighbor around you. I would stay away from this place
