RecommendedDr. Rodenbeck is the best!
They have been seeing our dog, cat and previously our horses since 2008. They are so kind. We just had to put our 18 year old golden down. They came to the house, Dr Kimball even said a prayer over our family and dog and then very respectfully and compassionately helped Callie cross over. Then sent a very sweet personal handwritten sympathy card. They have been wonderful for our family.
My fur babies have been customers since 1997 when Dr. Herbst took care of our Labradors , And Standard Poodle. Great staff and veterinarians all the time day and night...have had toy poodles, chihuahuas, Rhodesian Ridgeback Cesarean delivers and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels...Thanks is not enough for this professional care.
The receptionists. My parents have been going there since 1974. My dad's cat has a limp on her front left foot. He is 82 and it's difficult to make it in. I called today to get an appointment, and the first receptionist I talked to gave me a hard time because his cat was not up to date on her shots. Only when I explained that my mom was very I'll and just passed away this year, and that we have been preoccupied- then the receptionist relented and gave me an appointment. Great staff great Doctors! They truly love every pet and their parents like family
Herbst is always so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We have had a couple weekend emergencies, a dog treated for cancer, and recently our little dog was attacked by another dog. Herbst is always there to do anything possible. Will always be grateful.
The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! My pup actually loved it! No whining or barking, just cuddles with the super friendly staff! The team was very knowledgeable and helpful, educated me on what was going on with my pup. Highly recommend! :)
Herbst heros!
They wrongly diagnosed our Shepard with bone cancer in March and gave him 6 weeks to live unless we wanted to amputate his leg today then we could add another couple of months. I left heart broken. Here it is 6 months later and since he is not dead, I had another vet look at him. The bone cancer is probably a cyst and not lethal. I brought the dog in for ear problems and left with a "dying" dog and a $534.04 bill.
