I have come to Herbst since we moved to Boerne and I am really disappointed in my last visit. I called to set up an appointment for my 2 dogs for shots and heartworm medication. I asked for a quote when I set the appointment and was quoted $250 for specific items. I got here and they took the dogs back promptly. The vet called with an update on everything and said someone would call me to get payment.
