Car still not fixed So I' am the daughter of betsy the last reviewer my car was in their for 2 weeks supposed to fixing the overheating problem i picked it up today and by the time i got from herbs to my home in renton in was overheating again this guy obviously doesn't know what he doing my car has been their twice for the same problem and the issue is still not being resolved if you want your car fixed right and buy a reputable mechanic do not take It ti Herbs..!

Great Service Took my daughter's car to Herb's last month, and they were very friendly and helpful. The shop closes at 6:00 p.m. and the owner himself stayed till 7:30 to fix my daughter's car so that she would not be without a car.

Great Shop Have been in multiple times and have had wonderfull experiences! The first time I ever came in was a couple years ago and have been a customer ever since! I dropped my vehicle off after visiting 5 other shops that could not fix my problem. After just a day Herbs was able to diagnois my truck and fix the problem! This is a great shop with alot of up to date tools and technicians from everything new to old. I would recomend them to anyone!

1st class service at Herbs I highly recommend Herbs Mufflers... I took my car in and they fixed it quickly and it was reasonably priced. It has been running like a champ ever since.

Herbs Mufflers Don't Go to Herbs On Sept 14,09 we brought our truck in to have carburetor & manifold worked on - We asked them to let us know when it reached $400.00. We finally had to ask them to stop working on the veh because they could not give us a price after having the veh for over 8 hours. The cost was $538 + tax - We paid the bill in Cash & even gave them a tip. We then made the mistake of going back because we thought they did good work, to have the radiator finished. Herbs Mufflers Radiators & Complete Auto Repair We strive on Customer Satisfaction and quality workmanship. But sometimes people just cannot be made happy. We did everything above and beyond to help the customer whom goes as Karen G. The real customer was Tim Griffin. We went as far as offer all money back. Great service, and understanding people I had my car in another shop for over a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. So then I took it to Herb's, and in the same day they figured out what was wrong with it and corrected the problem. They were very understanding and helpful. I would use them again, and recommend my friends to us him as well.

He fixed what no one else could fix I brought my car into Herbs shop after taking it to three other shops. Herb fixed the problem right away. Super nice guy and very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this shop. I am going to have all my oil changes done here too.

a great place If you like a constant throbbing headache. If you enjoy having no social integrity or backbone then this would be a great place for you. Oh yeah, if you can deal with a habitual liar and like to use people.
