Great Shop Have been in multiple times and have had wonderfull experiences! The first time I ever came in was a couple years ago and have been a customer ever since! I dropped my vehicle off after visiting 5 other shops that could not fix my problem. After just a day Herbs was able to diagnois my truck and fix the problem! This is a great shop with alot of up to date tools and technicians from everything new to old. I would recomend them to anyone!
Car still not fixed So I' am the daughter of betsy the last reviewer my car was in their for 2 weeks supposed to fixing the overheating problem i picked it up today and by the time i got from herbs to my home in renton in was overheating again this guy obviously doesn't know what he doing my car has been their twice for the same problem and the issue is still not being resolved if you want your car fixed right and buy a reputable mechanic do not take It ti Herbs..!
Great Service Took my daughter's car to Herb's last month, and they were very friendly and helpful. The shop closes at 6:00 p.m. and the owner himself stayed till 7:30 to fix my daughter's car so that she would not be without a car.
Honest Mechanic??? I just had my Impala down there for a water pump, and instead of a $500+ repair, they got a hold of the local Chevy store and found out my car still ahd some warranty left, and let me know so I could get the work done for free on Chevy's dime! If that's not honesty, I don't know what is! Refered everyone I can to them, and they always seem to take care of my people! They will always get my business.
I like em Well, I hate paying for repairs on my car. HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT! But I have been to herb's 3 seperate times, on a recomendation from another smaller shop here in Auburn that could'nt fix some electrical problems, and Herbs was great! They saved me a ton of money! The other shops were telling me it was going to be a $900.00 fix, so I was hoping they could save me maybe a couple hundred dollars, one of the techs found the problem could be fixed with a $60 part! wrong diag should of returned diag money This shop diag my sons car wrong, what happend was he towed it to there shop after the car would not start, and he drained the battery trying to start his car. The car showed that it had a half of tank of Gas. They did a diag and said it had a bad fuel pump and it would cost almost 1,000 to fix it.My son called me and I was out of town told him to have it towed to another shop where they could put the fuel pump in cheaper, In 5 minutes they discovered it was out of Gas and the fuel ga... read more

Herb's = 5 star! Well..I don't know about Betsy, but I've had nothing but the best service from Herbs! Chris is the Guy at the counter, and he always had kept me up to date on my repairs, and Herb's has always been fair priced, honest, and worked as fast as possible. I've had 3 different cars down there over the years, from back at their old location too, and everytime I have been happy( well as happy as can be..who like to pay for repirs anyway?..lol...)
