He fixed what no one else could fix I brought my car into Herbs shop after taking it to three other shops. Herb fixed the problem right away. Super nice guy and very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this shop. I am going to have all my oil changes done here too.
wrong diag should of returned diag money This shop diag my sons car wrong, what happend was he towed it to there shop after the car would not start, and he drained the battery trying to start his car. The car showed that it had a half of tank of Gas. They did a diag and said it had a bad fuel pump and it would cost almost 1,000 to fix it.My son called me and I was out of town told him to have it towed to another shop where they could put the fuel pump in cheaper, In 5 minutes they discovered it was out of Gas and the fuel ga... read more
Herbs Mufflers Don't Go to Herbs On Sept 14,09 we brought our truck in to have carburetor & manifold worked on - We asked them to let us know when it reached $400.00. We finally had to ask them to stop working on the veh because they could not give us a price after having the veh for over 8 hours. The cost was $538 + tax - We paid the bill in Cash & even gave them a tip. We then made the mistake of going back because we thought they did good work, to have the radiator finished. Herbs Mufflers Radiators & Complete Auto Repair This place is so small and there is almost no parking. When you go in the door you just get this feeling of a great place. I was here the other day and the people we so amazing. They were so helpful and i got the feeling they were really upfront with me. They were really great and made sure that what they told me was what was really going on. They wouldn't give me an estimate until they knew and some places don't do that. I really loved this place.

We did everything above and beyond to help the customer whom goes as Karen G. The real customer was Tim Griffin. We went as far as offer all money back. We did not charge him for all repairs that were completed. When the customer picked up the vehicle we forgot to give the wiring harness back since it did not need to be replaced. Great service, and understanding people I had my car in another shop for over a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. So then I took it to Herb's, and in the same day they figured out what was wrong with it and corrected the problem. They were very understanding and helpful. I would use them again, and recommend my friends to us him as well.

Herb's = 5 star! Well..I don't know about Betsy, but I've had nothing but the best service from Herbs! Chris is the Guy at the counter, and he always had kept me up to date on my repairs, and Herb's has always been fair priced, honest, and worked as fast as possible. I've had 3 different cars down there over the years, from back at their old location too, and everytime I have been happy( well as happy as can be..who like to pay for repirs anyway?..lol...) 1st class service at Herbs I highly recommend Herbs Mufflers... I took my car in and they fixed it quickly and it was reasonably priced. It has been running like a champ ever since.
