Went tonight as a repeat customer and was treated like total crap and the nail technician didn’t say a word to me at all. I got a gel manicure and she was done in ten minutes. Was very rough. Quick. Cut me and made me bleed at my cuticle on one of my fingers. The towel she used was dirty and my pinky finger has a huge chip in it. Very, very disappointed.
Nice atmosphere and friendly but very pushy. Asked us if we wanted gel 5 times and kept pushing us toward the more expensive pedicure after we said, “just the basic”. Also a little disappointed in the whole experience.
Very nice customer service. Great massages. Plus they have a Mayo discount. 👍🏻
love going to Herbal Spa! The owner, Angell, is so detail oriented and very accommodating. After 4 days of being unhappy with my gel mani (which is the first time I’ve been a little unhappy!) I went back in and she fixed what I didn’t like at no charge. I also used to have a pro tat other salons that my gel would peel off in a matter of a week or 2 but they’ve never peeled since coming here. Love love love!
Horrible customer service. I rarely get manicures/pedicures unless it is a special occasion. I paid extra for a gel manicure and pedicure for family pictures and within three days my nails chipped and peeled in multiple places. I went in before leaving for a family trip to show my nails and ask for them to refund me the extra I paid for gel. They don't do refunds and asked me to come back after my trip for a repolish.
