I got a mani and a pedi here for the first time and I had such a great experience!! The people here are so friendly, kind and nonetheless very professional. Tony took care of me and did my manicure and I was speechless! He's super fast and wonderful work! My pedicure was absolutely worth it, very relaxing and outstanding work. Everyone else was nice except the younger girl that was doing my pedi was super rude I don't think I've even been treated like that anywhere else

I have been going to Herbal Nails Spa on Fairbanks for years. Quality work for a reasonable price. Everyone is very nice and they treat their customers with respect. People, when it says they close at 8, do not walk in at 7:55 wanting fills or a set of nails. That is just plain rude. And if you don't like the color you pick out, tell them after the first nail. Don't wait until all ten nails are painted. Be courteous and considerate. They work hard.
