They know their business. Very friendly, go above & beyond. They've been in business forever; that speaks for itself.
The work they did was satisfactory . The problem is that they charged $205 dollars to replace a fuse. The tech was in my home for 15 minutes and when I called to complain the lady was polite but matter of fact that she was unwilling to even discuss an adjustment. I would never use this company again and will tell anyone who asks for a recommendation for appliance repair to stay away.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Tech came out for intial appt and didn't have correct tools to fix our dryer. Scheduled 2nd appt for 1 week later. Tech came out with incorrect part. Part was ordered, but,because of the the upcoming holiday, we were low priority and scheduled for 2 weeks later. Not happy, not happy at all! Customer service is terrible! Bought my Maytag washer from Herb Snow and Sons 2 years ago. Called them for service because I had purchased it from them. They came to repair and didn't have the part charged me $49.99 for trip charge and another $25 to diagnose the problem. Came back 2 days later with the part and charged me another $75 in labor for 15 minutes of repair time. I have now paid $150 in trip and labor.
