Charges a service fee plus a diagnostic fee. If you complain about anything they then want the entire bill paid up front prior to even ordering the part simply because you, the customer, had a complaint. They didn't hesitate to tell me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else very rudely! So I did!

Customer was incredibly rude. We don't have to do business together, and chose not to. Our phone calls are recorded, and even after confirming this customer was told the correct price, we still charged her what she said she remembered hearing. Literally couldn't have done anything else but fix it for free, which isn't happening.
Company came out to "fix" our washing machine. Kid who came out did not put a couple of parts back on correctly. After he left, I started to run some laundry. About an hour later, I walked out of the closet which backs up to the laundry room...as I started to walk across the floor I went sliding and fell on my butt. I live a couple hours away from my mother who was in need of service on her washer that was not draining and had a rattle in the bottom. A 5 year old *********. I told her it would probably just needed a new water pump and to call around to get it fixed and get the rattle diagnosed. Since the water pump is an easy $80 part (not $140 like it was charged) I figured it could get done without me coming down to fix it. 1. $381 was for the TOTAL service bill, in which we looked at two different appliances. 2. Customer was informed washer could have additional issues after drain pump was replaced, and initialed she understood. 3. A brand new factory drain pump is anywhere from $142-$161 online, so $80 is incorrect for a factory pump. Aftermarket pump could be $80, but we don't use aftermarket parts. 4. We did offer to refund the cost of the drain pump, but the labor was completed, so labor must be paid.
I called for a quote to fix my ** tv. I had already diagnosed the problem with ** customers service and informed Herb Snow and Son what would be need along with the model number. I was informed of the $79 dollar service fee and $29 dollar fee to come to my town to fix it. I told them what parts would be needed and when the technician showed up, he had none of that informations and was charged $147.80 for a diagnostic and told it would cost me $414 to fix the tv. We don't quote repair prices over the phone. I told the customer I would turn her over to collections if the check didn't clear because the customer threatened that her check might not clear. Customer received services, customer has to pay for services.
I agree with the people that said Snow and son were the rudest people that they had to work with and I agree. They wanted $200.00 to pick up a washer which was under warranty. They used some stupid excuse that the washer wasn't in a safe position. This was the second time it was to be serviced and the first time another company came out and they had no problem fixing it. I would not trust Herb Snow and son. Very rude people.

There were mouse droppings, dog feces, and more. We have photo evidence. I will not put my technician in harms way to repair your washer. We are happy to repair the machine, but your warranty company won't pay us to come an get it.
Had them come out for a simple ice maker repair & they completely ruined my entire fridge. Now it's UNREPAIRABLE because of their incompetence. You would think someone, anyone would have picked up the phone to apologize or to accommodate me. Knowing I had an uncommon fridge size & knowing it could be a year before I could get another fridge due to covid shortage. Nope not a word from them. We were to have Herb Snow come out to fix our refrigerator. They called yesterday, asking if we'd be home. Yup all day. Never came not called saying they were not coming. Today the guy comes to the door, no knock or door bell rang. Left a sticky not to the wrong number and left! I called the assistant manger called me a liar! Beware! Boycott! If I could, I would rate this company a negative 39! This company is high priced and overrated. Very poor customer service and practices! They are definitely NOT as their ad states...DEPENDABLE! On Monday, 9/21/2020 called for service on my refrigerator/freezer (freezer thawing and overall not cooling).
