Company came out to "fix" our washing machine. Kid who came out did not put a couple of parts back on correctly. After he left, I started to run some laundry. About an hour later, I walked out of the closet which backs up to the laundry room...as I started to walk across the floor I went sliding and fell on my butt. Beware! Boycott! If I could, I would rate this company a negative 39! This company is high priced and overrated. Very poor customer service and practices! They are definitely NOT as their ad states...DEPENDABLE! On Monday, 9/21/2020 called for service on my refrigerator/freezer (freezer thawing and overall not cooling). They quoted a service fee of around $69.00 to come and look at it. When the tech (Shawn) came he looked, took out a digital thermometer and said it read a -39 and was working fine. NO WAY!
