This place is rip off charged me $30 to install $28 rear wipers on my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan, never ever going back to this place and let my community know about the worst experience I ever had in my 18 yers in This great country USA 🇺🇸
Had to get my car serviced with a pretty big bill. Robert was absolutely AMAZING! Very kind, informative on how to keep my car good in the future, and explained how/why the issues I had were happening. I would recommend him to anybody! Absolute sweetheart. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
I bought my VW at Clay Cooley in Richardson. I live in the area and this is the only dealership to get service at that's not 100 miles away or in OK. I do not recommend this place at all. The mechanic is the only person that can answer even the most basic questions about scheduling, or price. He's never available and doesn't call back. The only time I had my car serviced, it went so bad I had to rent a car because they couldn't tell me when they would have the battery replaced. First time I have ever bought a car in Wichita Falls! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the whole process. They knew I didn’t have much time that day and we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour! They found the Volkswagen I wanted and made the whole car buying experience so easy.
