This is the third time that I have been to her easily to have my Volkswagen serviced this time. It was for a recall when I called and made the appointment. I was told it would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour arrive today for my appointment, I was told it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Are you been sitting here almost 3 hours right now and it is still showing it is in the Arrived mode I have not heard a thing from anybody every time I come here I get the same BS that they are short staffed. I cannot say enough great things about the Sales and Service Departments! John from the sales department sold me my car in 2024 and during my recent service appointment ensured I had a loaner car while I was in the shop. Cobi from the service department is very knowledgeable and informative. He ensured my car was fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed. So thankful for Herb Easley VW and their wonderful teams!

I have had so many positive experiences with the VW service department. I would like to especially thank Cobi, on April 6, 2026, he went above and beyond when I could not bring my brand new vehicle in for servicing and to fix a factory defect I noticed (which btw, I called and notified Cobi, and within a week the new part was in) he came to my house, picked it up and had it back within a couple of hours! This place is rip off charged me $30 to install $28 rear wipers on my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan, never ever going back to this place and let my community know about the worst experience I ever had in my 18 yers in This great country USA 🇺🇸
