If you are a Volkswagen owner I would be weary of this location. There is only 1 VW Service Advisor, Coby, who is extremely difficult to get reach of. We had made an appointment at 11:30 am, upon arrival the dealership signage for VW is so unclear, walked up to the VW building, completely unlocked and empty of a single person. Someone came to help us and guided us to the ‘correct’ location at the Chevy dealership. Nobody was able to find Coby, just kept telling us another department might know, we ended up waiting in the lob... read more
This is the third time that I have been to her easily to have my Volkswagen serviced this time. It was for a recall when I called and made the appointment. I was told it would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour arrive today for my appointment, I was told it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Are you been sitting here almost 3 hours right now and it is still showing it is in the Arrived mode I have not heard a thing from anybody every time I come here I get the same BS that they are short staffed. I cannot say enough great things about the Sales and Service Departments! John from the sales department sold me my car in 2024 and during my recent service appointment ensured I had a loaner car while I was in the shop. Cobi from the service department is very knowledgeable and informative. He ensured my car was fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed. So thankful for Herb Easley VW and their wonderful teams!
