Robert was the person that assisted me and he was great. He kept me informed of my status, pricing, and answered my questions while I waited. The Ladies in the cashier cage was wonderful too. They updated my files, explained my benefits and made sure I was satisfied. All and All Herb Easley Motors are a great team of people that put customer satisfaction first. Thank you to the entire team.
My mom and step dad had very good experience. Robert was a lot of help with warranty issues, tire issues, and getting new license plates on. He made it as smooth as possible. Very great service. Will be back for anything in future.
Even though I was outside of the grace period Herb Easley still honored their powertrain warranty and have replaced my engine with a new crate motor on my Kia Soul GT-Line!
I rated a one star because I have had a few very bad experiences at this dealer. I didn't comment what the experiences were, but this dealer felt the need to assume I wasn't a real customer. So now I have added a comment. This is the exact reason why people call you guys "Herb Sleazy." You would rather lie than say something like "I apogize for your bad experience.
