Oddly when you think something can’t get worse it does. Nav took FIVE months to correct. Endless schedule issue for oil change and the whopper of all bizarre dealer experiences…Car went in for routine work, driver went joy riding (have screen shots) and took the car by his moms house. Not joking. Friday afternoon waiting for the car and following it on the app. Calling the dealership and being told the car was brought back…when the survey came out it was completed and we were called out by the manager for doing so.
