Poor service. offered 1/3 price for trade in compared to other dealerships. Will never and ever recommend this dealership.
My experience at this dealership was great! The vehicle was in good condition, listed accurately, and priced right. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and efficient.
Primary salesperson was helpful and showed me the vehicle and answered questions. Everyone else was very indifferent. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle but a warning light on the car needed to be checked out. I was not kept in the loop and asked for updates a few times. Eventually I was ghosted and received a notification a few days later that the car sold.
They are awesome, Great to work with Conner.

From the time we arrived to how they waited AFTER HOURS to explain and deliver the car we wanted as we wanted it they went out of their way for us!

Viktoryia, Andrew and Sean were all very responsive to my communication on the 2016 Lexus LS Hybrid 600hL AWD unit. Unfortunately, the unit sold to another, I'm sure, pleased buyer before I could consumate the deal. I would definitely engage their team again, if another 600hL comes available.
