After discussion about the use Lexus ,I was told that one of their sales rep will get in touch with me and will do a zoom to go over with me about car ..never heard over a week then I got a call if I was still interested I already purchase a car from another dealership who showed interest on my purchase ..

I contacted them in regards to a vehicle advising it was still available. I was quickly responded to as the vehicle was available. I returned an email requesting to continue my inquiry. A day later I was advised the vehicle was no longer available. The initial response was cordial and personal. Disappointed about the vehicle no longer be available. No-fault of Herb Chambers but disappointing none the less.
