They advertised the car has no accident and it was all different paint shade around the car, the guy who helped me was rude and he didn’t care 2 cents about they are lying to customer. Bad bad bad! DO NOT use this dealership SCAMMERS
We had the best car buying experience with Jackson, Raul, and Sam. Those guys were very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and safe driving my first Lexus. I would go back to them for future car buying without any hesitation also because they have the best price in South Florida. Thank you gentlemen!

Overall experience was good, one of the easier paths to buying a car, would buy from them again. I don’t like the dealer add on’s, and they are doing them here as well.
I inquired about a car just browsing and it was great they gave me a call back right away. However, they continued to call me and text me everyday for a week or so. By that point it felt like a scam because it became bothersome with all the calls and texts when I was simply browsing the cars.

They told me this car had been sold. However a week later it's still listed on several car sites. Could it be that they use bait and switch tactics.
The dealer at Lexus Santa Monica was helpful. He returned my phone inquiry and was patient as I was evaluating my choices. He followed up with an additional phone call on the day that I asked him to do so. Because I found a better vehicle fit for me, I purchased a vehicle from another dealer. The Santa Monica dealer was very courteous when I turned down the vehicle at his dealership and left me feeling like I would want to do future business with him.
A very Good experience with this dealership. Most remarkable and wonderful feeling of inclusivitity at this very diversely populated sales and finance staff location.
