They were prompt in their follow up regarding the vehicle of interest. The person was knowledgeable and upfront and thorough. She answered my questions and provided me with an Emil with further details. I have opted not to purchase that vehicle. But, would certainly use this site again and would be happy to do business with them in the future.

Five stars from start to finish we trade our 2022 GX460 got a real good trade value and a good deal on the New 2024 Rx took the car the same day No pressure No gimmicks ,we had a bad experience in a north shore Lexus dealer Never again! I haven’t purchased a car at this dealership however each time I’ve contacted them or popped in because a car has caught my attention they have all been quite welcoming, no pressure, friendly & professional. I’m hoping that one day I will find “my” car at this Mercedes-Benz dealership because I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them.

Internet sales rep emailed me next morning after sending in info request. Confirmed it was available and made appt to test drive. Car had not been through service yet and check engine light was on, so could not test drive. Business mgr told us their banks could not finance a car that old and that mileage unless buyer had superb credit. I wish they had told me that when I asked about low credit financing. Sales rep would go hours without a call or text as I had expressed interest in the Suburban. Clearly had another buyer looking at it as well. Spent 3 days and got nowhere, I had said I would come up to see it. Never heard anything until she said that someone else was looking at it. Then that buyer bought it. I'm not upset that's life but the whole experience seemed dishonest
