Internet sales rep emailed me next morning after sending in info request. Confirmed it was available and made appt to test drive. Car had not been through service yet and check engine light was on, so could not test drive. Business mgr told us their banks could not finance a car that old and that mileage unless buyer had superb credit. I wish they had told me that when I asked about low credit financing. Sales rep would go hours without a call or text as I had expressed interest in the Suburban. Clearly had another buyer looking at it as well. Spent 3 days and got nowhere, I had said I would come up to see it. Never heard anything until she said that someone else was looking at it. Then that buyer bought it. I'm not upset that's life but the whole experience seemed dishonest

Overall good experience have used this dealership before and the same good experience. However they will not go down on the listed price. I found this to be not good experience for a repeat customer.
