Took deposit before running credit. 5 days deposit still hasn't been refunded and the deposit is listed in their system as a lease buyout so now getting our deposit back has become a whole process that should have never happened. definitley going to stick with Ron Bouchards after this experience. The guys at Rons actually get you approved before taking your down-payment and dont use the same gross sales tactics that this dealership does.

Terrible service department. I have them a second chance. Last year they ruined the inside of my car. This year they messed up body work and broke cup holder and scratched up the outside of car.

So pissed right now! Made an apt over a week ago to get this recall taken care of. Specifically said I needed a rental because of having My 5 year old and hello it’s lunch time. Drive over an hour to get here and the guy says oh I called you this Morning. To see if you wanted to reschedule because we don’t have any rentals. They didn’t come back yesterday.
