Brought my car in for sticker and oil change. It's so nice to see service reps still working here since I bought my first Civic back in ? 1997. Always the mark of a good employer is employee longevity.
I showed up Saturday morning to a line of 12 people waiting for Service to open. In the 15 minutes i waited for the doors to open at least 6 more showed up. Once the doors open the service team quickly took care of everyone. They were professional, courteous, and outgoing. I was even addressed by name as i walked to the counter. I left my car for service, went across the street for breakfast and then took a walk. When i returned my car was finished and I was on my way.
We were so pleased we bought a new car while we were there.
Went to buy a new Pilot. Checked on line inventory and it showed 46 in inventory. When I arrived they had none. Heading to Cambridge.
Did an exceptional job cleaning interior, too! All maintenance checks were quickly and efficiently.
