My car was recalled because of an issue with the air bags that was dangerous, I called and I asked what I should do. They said parts were not going to be available until mid summer, they were happy to rent me a vehicle, I should add that I'm disabled veteran and can't get in and out of most small cars, no problem they got me a nice vehicle even bigger than my CRV, they went to Enterprise to take care of my special needs without hesitation I might add, then my parts came in a lot sooner then they expected so I got my car back... read more
Horrible experience at the service dept. I brought my car in for a issue with windshield wash not working. It took them 4 days and a lot of back and forth before they quoted me 2500 dollars to fix the problem. To be fair it did include the carpets which they said were ruined but we're fine when the car went in. I told them forget it I will take my car. When I got there it took twenty minutes to get my car. When I finally got it it wasn't even put back together I stormed back in with parts in my hand
Friendly and fast. I was expecting at least 2 hours for the work required on my car but they did it in 1 hour. I'm always thankful when people save me some time. :-)
Great Philip Service Advisor is absolutely amazing knowledgeably personable and very caring of his clients. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda Burlington.
