Arrived needing much needed attention and the moment we drove to HC... Reception support, parts support, sales manager .. staff is top shelf.. why my gratitude.. Alfa needs repair console work, new tires, and additional key fob... Seamless support in ordering, and setting up service.. thanks Peter I know Alfa is in good company.
The service quality at this dealership has reached an all time low. It had already been slipping under the Herb Chambers brand, and with the new ownership, it has only declined further. I brought my 23 Giulia Veloce in twice for brake issues and was told each time that nothing was wrong. I then went to Valenti in Hartford, where they recommended a brake fluid change, and the car now drives like new. Bought a brand new alfa gulia Quadrifoglio from this dealership in April. the msrp on this car is 90K plus. even my salesman and sales manager agreed to reimburse $105 uber fees for me to pick up the car. but this never happened after half year given i have called them more than 7 times. 100 dollars is tiny in terms of 90K car, but to me it is principle. Given 3 star, because my salesman is very easy to deal with, also car as daily drive drives great,
The sales department is great and we love our car but the service department is unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of, for a simple question. Based on reviews here this is not shocking. I understand being busy, but this is simply not a valid excuse for lack of communication and something that must be addressed.
