The sales department is great and we love our car but the service department is unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of, for a simple question. Based on reviews here this is not shocking. I understand being busy, but this is simply not a valid excuse for lack of communication and something that must be addressed.
Follow up from this place is horrible. Still no follow-up on my issues with the Giulia. You call and get voicemails and considering how low their Google score is, I see why.
I never write reviews but if I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would!!! I came here because they were highly recommended by a friend and it was by far the most pleasurably car buying experience I have ever had. Took my daughter with me just to look at a few cars that I had seen online and from the moment we walked through the doors we felt so welcomed and valued. Mo and Maz are THE BEST!! Brought in my 2019 Giulia in beginning of December 2024 to replace an oilpan, 3900$ job, the part came in mid January, I was told to bring my car in around the same time, I was told it would be ready in a week, came a week later then was told by another salesman it would be more like 3 weeks because they had one mechanic.
