Booked a pedicure appointment, went in to see every nail tech was busy. After a few minutes, they sat me in the pedicure chair and turned the water on. 45 minutes later, the water is cold and not a single person checked on me, and everyone was too busy to wave down for help. By the time someone came over, I asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave. The woman offered me a discount to stay but I really wasn’t interested after seeing the way they run things.
Great nail salon with friendly staff and a massive range of colours. I’m always happy with the service and quality here

Love coming to get my nails done!! They are always friendly and greet me by my first name and Andy always does an amazing job every time!! Highly recommend them!!
Love HERA Nails! I don’t go anywhere else. Every 2 weeks I get a gel manicure and every 5 or so weeks I get a gel pedicure. They are all very friendly and take their time to make sure I am satisfied with everything. I have recommended them a few times and will continue to do so!
