They never answer the phone. Had a scheduled telehealth appointment and they never called me. Definitely choose planned parenthood over this establishment.
I took my friend to get an abortion shot 3 days ago, and she has been severely sick since that evening. We went here because she doesn’t have insurance, but she hasn’t been able to keep food or water down for the last two days. Now it’s Sunday and she can’t be seen because the clinics are closed. I called the call center and they told me that she was supposed to be provided with a prescription for the expected side effects.
