I recently went there with my friend . My friend went in with insurance and right away they said she would have to pay $800 upfront without giving any options or anything . The receptionist was arguing back and forth on the phone with what seemed like the manager or someone higher up. After the going back and forth she offered $500 and to pay half now and when coming back but the whole time she continued to say “ I can’t do that “ “ I was told we can’t do that “ I immediately recommend for us to go somewhere else because of ... read more
If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional on handling their patients who come into their doors. I came into the facility upon my appointment, they asked for my insurance card to “verify” if my insurance covers the cost and explained my insurance only covers $300 of the $800 procedure I needed to get done so I would have to pay $500 out of pocket. Which was odd because I then found out later that day they never reached out to my insurance provider as my insurance stated I was covered fully. The front re... read more
