I arrived for a 12:15pm appointment after having already filled out all the necessary information and forms online. I waited for 45 minutes until I was given the exact same forms again to fill out. No problem, maybe there was a mistake, only to be told that my appointment would be telehealth because the doctor is in Long Beach. Okay fine, I only need birth control, right? I love East LA women’s Center is such an encouraging, positive , safe environment for Women & girls. Everyone is treated with respect , the staff are all soo supportive!

Don't come here the ultrasound techs don't know what they are doing ! Had an abortion with the pills and came back for my follow up to make sure the abortion was complete (they told me it was) 2 months later I was still bleeding and ended up in the ER with low blood pressure due to retained products of conception that they missed on the ultrasound! The er did an ultrasound and saw I still had pieces of the pregnancy and later passed a whole piece of tissue and had to get meds to get the bleeding to stop. I contacted this pla... read more

I absolutely loved this place and although I did telehealth the doctor was amazing!!! He was so easy and comfortable to talk to and made me feel so much better about a hard decision I had to make. Idk his name dr. Vkrim something but he's amazing! 5 stars . I had my appointment and Sunday and mess are already set to be at my house today. This place is the best. Way better than planned parenthood. Would reccomed this place to anyone searching for these types of services.
