I have been a patient of Dr Silver's for many years. He has been a good doctor for regular exams and for my partial hysterectomy 8 years ago. Unfortunately he is completely dismissive to patients once they reach Menopause. With hot flashes and sleepless nights, I am no longer "relevant" and will now be searching for a new doctor. His office simply told me "I understand you've been a patient here for 15 years but Dr Silver doesn't see patients for menopause". It baffles my mind. I'm very disappointed.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Silver throughout both of my pregnancies and deliveries. He was professional, caring, and always made me feel comfortable and well-informed. His expertise and calm demeanor gave me confidence every step of the way. I truly appreciate his dedication and the compassionate care he provided. I highly recommend Dr. Silver to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive OB-GYN!
Never seen anything like this!! Impossible to see the doctor. When you call for an appointment, you will spend good 10 minutes or more giving ALL your information. Then you have to wait for an office staff to call you. The person who takes down your info is not an office member, rather like a phone operator. I was very sorry to see how each patient had to leave after an hour and a half of waiting and three appointments scheduled at the same time. A pregnant woman arrived and was very upset. She was 34 weeks pregnant and had been calling more than 15 times and no one answered the phone. Find a better clinic. Save your time and don't come here. I also had to leave because the doctor read my review and decided not to see me because I said how I felt about waiting for two hours.
The best doctor, Dr. Roy delivered me 2 births, he is excellent and an expert, all the clinic staff are very nice.
