I had a wonderful experience with Tammy. She is truly amazing — so gentle, caring, and attentive. THEE WORST. If I could give 0 stars I would. My PCP scheduled this appointment, only upon arrival was I informed that the provider had an emergency prior to my appointment, and I couldn’t be seen. The staff were unprofessional, scatterbrained chatterboxes with unhygienic desks. No one had the decency to notify me after the provider left for his emergency that I wouldn’t be seen. You would think they would at least offer parking validation in the event of such emergencies, but this office isn’t operating on quality or compete... read more
I have been a patient of Dr Silver's for many years. He has been a good doctor for regular exams and for my partial hysterectomy 8 years ago. Unfortunately he is completely dismissive to patients once they reach Menopause. With hot flashes and sleepless nights, I am no longer "relevant" and will now be searching for a new doctor. His office simply told me "I understand you've been a patient here for 15 years but Dr Silver doesn't see patients for menopause". It baffles my mind. I'm very disappointed.
