The receptionist here is rude. I asked for her name and she hung up on the phone on me. Why is she still working here? she was arguing with a old lady last time I went in person. FIRE HER.
Work together. If you have rental problems contact DOB. Department of building they will certainly help you.
DO NOT MOVE HERE ......lived here for 7 years , they don't care about their tenants, you will have water leaks that cost your bill to go up, they don't do regular maintenance keep up. they don't change carpet , they don't fix anything . they don't answer the phone . i have callED DOH , HOUSING EVEN THE MAYOR ON THIS COMPLEX ...YOUR BETTER OFF LIVING IN SHELTER THEN THIS PLACE ..THEY KEEP CHANGING MANAGEMENT SO THAT NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND THEY WON'T TELL YOU WHEN THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENT. It’s the talk of the town they our just like the projects use to be they don’t have enough maintenance I heard they don’t have the right things to fix dryer and washer and everything else for all of you living there you should work on moving out this property Is not going to last long
Please don't move to Henson Ridge. They've got new management. They don't send out any correspondence for changes. I've been here for over ten years. My water got turned off with no warning. Never have to cover water in my lease. Still without water for two week. Management says I'm responsible for back pay and I'm not even on the water bill account to discuss with dc water.
