This was my first visit with this office and I was seen by Dr. Will Jacks and dental hygienist, Jenny. Excellent cleaning, care and patient rapport. They were both very welcoming & personable. Dr. Jacks explained, in great detail, about a possible future problem with one tooth, including showing me the x-rays. I am very pleased and no longer feel the usual dread in going to the dentist. The office staff is great as well.
Wow! New technology and marital used in crown making by Dr Hensley is the best fitting crown I ever had made!
Front desk service is great! Everyone is smiling and very friendly.
Dr. Hensley is one of the good ones that's easy to recommend. I have had general cleanings and dentistry checkups. His staff is friendly and serve their customer's best interest. Recently, I had a crown pop off. My wife and I both have had this happen before with the dentist wanting a re-fit for a new one. He was good with giving my original crown a second chance and glued it back on, saving me a lots of money.
As someone who used to dread going to the dentist. Dr. Hensley's office has completely changed that for me. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and informative. Mrs. Hensley or any of the dental staff I have been with have provided exceptional five star service working with me and making sure I am comfortable. And Dr. Hensley is knowledgeable and kind and allows you to make the decisions for your health. If I could give them more than five stars I would!
