Extremely focused on understanding what was happening with me, explaining it thoroughly, and resolving it with a reasonable course. Very reasonable prices, very knowledgeable. Dr. Hensley is our family’s only chiropractor!
Dr. Hensley is an exceptional Chiropractor that I would highly recommend. Coming from a Chiropractic family I have very high standards for the Chiropractic care that I choose. I have entrusted Dr. Hensley for my own care and that of my daughter. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and cares for the health of his patients.
I’ve been treated with chiropractic care from Dr. Randall Hensley for fifteen years and his compassionate care and competence is above and beyond any health-care professional I’ve ever experienced. He takes extra time to go over any X-rays or MRI results with me explaining all aspects in layman’s terms that I can understand. He is personable, positive, ethical and medically knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
What a disappointing experience. I should never have gone here. I’m guessing the good reviews are from patients of his private practice In Auburn and that the others go to his Wiemar/Colfax location. Oh well. Shame he’s the only one covered by my insurance :(
A picture of self-satisfied, smug sanctimony and pseudo-earnesty, Randall Hensley won't laugh at your jokes, but he'll certainly laugh at his own. You'll know when he's being smug because he expels aid windy, onomatopoeic interjection of vague self indulgence, after he says something condescending, which sounds like, "Hm." If you are prone to subluxation, don't go here. If you can't afford to go 6 times a month and don't want to hear snotty remarks about it, don't go here. Arrogant, condescending, passive-aggressive and the antithesis of gentle, he shows himself to be incapable of compassionate care, unless you've got insurance or cash that can afford it. I went to shake his hand and he turned away and washed his hands. Really? Chiropractor, heal thyself.
My first appointment was okay. In subsequent appointments, Hensley proved himself to be arrogant, condescending and grossly unsympathetic. The waiting room is invariably replete with religious indoctrination. More astounding is that none of the, "Quotes o' Christ," reflect Christian values, in the least. They predominantly reflect one message, "Christ is God. Accept him and you'll go to heaven. Otherwise you'll burn." Constructive criticism, at its finest. I didn’t expect my experience to live up to the reviews, but Dr. Hensley is kind, caring, well-informed, professional and in general, very agreeable. He is cautious and very deliberately examines his patients’ records and medical history and prevents doing any harm to his patients. After endless visits with dismissive, incompetent, nasty specialists who act inconvenienced by patient visits, Dr. Hensley was a very welcome change. So far, so good. I am a nurse practitioner who has known Randall for 20 years. I recently had a moderate severe injury and turned to Randall immediately for help. The level of compassion, thoroughness and expertise was above and beyond. At the same time he suggested an MRI through Kaiser. The level of indifference from kaiser was staggering.
