My roommate and I moved in in September. we still don't have a screen for one of our living room windows. Our dishwasher has been leaking since we've moved in and it is still leaking to this day. Our water has been off since yesterday morning Nov28 and it is still off, with no warning or notice. My roommate has called emergency maintenance twice and me once. Our neighbors have called as well and still nothing! Our gate has been stuck open for over a week as well!
My boyfriend and I moved into Hensley back in June. Living here has been a nightmare with one thing after the next. In summary, half of the appliances in our apartment were broken or leaking when we moved in (gas from oven included). We had another major issue with our A/C unit with water FLOODING from our ceiling in the corners of the A/C unit making that bathroom nearly unusable. Ok I been comparing about my ac it’s so hot and it’s not working properly all I am doing paying high electricity bill.
They are horrible at everything. Every other day things brake down. My personal experience! *One week without ac *4 months without microwave *Water heater leak problem *Gas leak from apartment behind and can smell in my apartment for days! *Another time water falling (not dripping slowly) from ac inside the bathroom so I had water all over in the bathroom bathroom *All of my window’s net there are gap so I can’t open window because pest problem. *To many Lizard and I m not joking small to big size 12 in * door screws coming ... read more
I have lived here for six years with my wife and daughter. We were recently waiting for our lease renewal. Everything was great till June 14. It was a normal night for us, till my girls woke up around 2:30am, to the sound of a man and woman arguing outside that ended with gunfire. The police were called by my upstairs neighbor. RecommendedI have been a resident of Hensley apartments for almost two years now and living at Hansley Apartment has been a great experience. The staff at the leasing office is always helpful and friendly. Especially, Laura, she is super nice. The maintenance staff is also very nice and they come over if requested in a short time and are always helpful. The location is great it is close to everything like Walmart, Schools, and the freeway. BEWARE! My garage got broken into and a lot of stuff was stolen! Recently moved in here.
Leasing staff is very polite and professional. Nice quiet location with shopping convenience near by.
