DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!! Henshaws heating and air took $300 for prepaid service and refused for months to call us back or schedule it. When we could reach someone they would say it was a different person that needed to call us back and nobody ever did. They make money by collecting your $300 and never doing the work. Absolute scam...when I asked for a refund they said there are no refunds.
RecommendedThe technician was knowledgeable and professional. He texted when on his way and took care of my AC. Good company. Definitely recommend them.
On time arrival, with advanced notification of arrival time. Efficient service, with clear explanations of what service was needed and solutions to address the problems found. Mike was very personable and courteous. Definitely a company to consider for your heating and cooling service and repairs.
