This place sucks!!! Worst service in plano!!!
The Dallas/Plano Henry's Tavern is a "Sports Bar" really?' Want to know why this Henry's Tavern location rates only 4 out of 5 stars? Because they MUTE all their TV''s and only turn up the volume for Dallas Cowboys games... this per their female Manager who replied with a quick (and stern) "NO" when we asked if she could turn up the volume for the Championship Game Day... she said the reason was a Corporate Policy. I say, get a new Corporate Polucy or get a new Manager.
I felt like I was valued less compared to other tables who were checked on more often by the same waitress during our night near the bar area she literally made no effort to communicate other than to get our order and run off before we could say anything else. This was a slow night from the looks of it. Our dinner experience earlier before we moved to the bar area was better for sure.
Horrible Management !! I will never spend another dime in this location.
