I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks with Tom.
Literally the fastest most rushed pedicure I ever got. Not even 10 minutes from the minute I sat down. And it was not busy. Will not be going back.
They are rude as hell in here and I'm saying this as someone from nyc so I've had my share of rude nail skins salons but I felt like they didn't want to do my nails at all. I went in with my niece to get tips bc I saw a girl at a pharmacy with pretty nails and she recommended Tom but he just looked me up and down then told new to come back another day They lost 3 good customers based on their attitudes alone If you want beautiful nails and good service make ur way to Magic nails in Bridgeport it's worth the drive
Giving two stars because my nails actually came out really good. But my go to place was very packed and I wanted to get my nails done before the weekend so I went against my instincts and the reviews and gave this place a try. I asked for a fill and a pedicure. So everyone loves this place because of nail tech Tom and his work. However, this place is disgusting and unsanitary. Even when you sit at his chair, the arm rest on the table is literally caked with debris and dirt. I don’t know why I kept going back there for the time I did. the sterile grade of the salon is God awful. Floors are dirty, things everywhere, and somebody’s dog is there almost every time.
