I am totally shocked and appalled by the actions of Washington on yesterday! To encourage my family to use another funeral home because u don’t want to send your guys out in traffic to pick up a body. Really!?!?! This is how u treat a grieving family? The Washington Funeral home that my family has used for many years has truly changed! I’m so hurt and disappointed!
