Miserable experience - avoid like the plague. No great surprise that this company's main goal is to take your money and spend as little as possible. One week after moving in, the local sheriff served foreclosure notice due to the owner's failure to pay the mortgage. Although not an attorney, Debbie Henry was very good at letting me know that she and her company had no accountability whatsoever nor would any help be forthcoming (I was advised that if this made me nervous, I should consider moving out).
