good luck with HPM They rented our place. Not responsive, disorganized, handyman overcharges, no billing details from 3rd party repairs, office runarounds, etc. And we are patient people but enough is enough! We were sucked in by the high ratings. Something is not right with these 5 stars! But they are friendly!

If I could leave a ZERO Star I would. I signed a lease and paid over $4k deposit. Then I had a family emergency that caused me to make a sudden change in plans and move out of state. I contacted them and they said that they were keeping my full deposit as a cancelation fee. I really do not have the means to fight this in court so the only thing I can do is warn others to STAY AWAY from them. I never took possession of the property.
