Pending Lawsuit I've lived here for a while now. This summer there was a huge arson fire in one of the buildings and now, today we got a notice saying that a group of residents are filing a lawsuite against the landlord becasue of all the safety and secutiy problems. Yes they have remodeled the units, and they look nice, but this place is not where you want to live for all the safety and security problems they have.

Great place to live in a great neighborhood After looking at a few different apartments when we first moved, my girlfriend and I decided on Henry on the Park and were not disappointed. The staff is friendly and was open to questions and helped up with everything we needed. They are in the process of remodeling, so every apartment, once vacated, is remodeled with new appliances and carpeting before the next tenant moves in. They've also responded quickly to any problems we've had, including once at around 11pm. Rent is very a... read more

Comfortable, homey places I've lived here for over a year now and it's been great. My only complaint is that it seems like they shut off the water far too often due to all the renovations. Every week the water is shut off! Thankfully it's always during the day when I am at work. These apartments are kept well and in a great area. Grocery stores are all over the area along with shopping, farmers markets and restaurants. Close to Main Street for the Manayunk crowd and close to the park for the outdoors crowd. I love how conven... read more

Not what it was! Since early 2008, when Fairfield Properties took over Henry on the Park, the complex has declined significantly. The on-site management seems unable to keep up with the need for maintenance and upgrading, and increasingly sacrifices security and the quality of building interiors in favor of cosmetic improvements to the grounds. Their most galling error was their decision to rent between 17 and 20 apartments to clients of a business know as "Project Transition." These tenants are persons with a history of emo... read more
